Group Fitness Courses
You may notice that our fitness course descriptions sometimes include the words Functional Movement or Functional Mobility. In case you’re wondering, that means we’re working on training your body to move freely and pain-free throughout your day. Things like picking up a child, doing household chores, going to the grocery, or climbing stairs are the basics. At more advanced levels, we’re improving your ability to push your body without injury. That’s what you get for working out at a Physical Therapy clinic’s Wellness Center!

Your results. But be prepared to work hard and earn them!
