Membership Pricing

Basic Membership-$39 per person, per month

Includes unlimited use of gym, pool & steamroom, ALL weekly Pop Up intro classes including new member facility and equipment orientation. PLUS a member discount on any additional classes.

Additional Fitness / Wellness Courses-$12.50/class without a basic membership, $10/class with membership

Each class will be part of a month-long “course,” running from beginning of the month to the end. Some are 1 class/wk, some are 2 or more, it just depends on the class. New course schedules will come out around the middle of the preceding month-based on demand from YOU and expertise from US. 

Note: Pre-registration and payment guarantees your spot in the course. But there must be a minimum of 4 paid participants in order for the course to run. If it does not run, you will receive a credit toward another course or a membership. Cancellations must be made 7 days or more before the course begins to get a credit. 

Joining fee = one month’s membership

NO Joining fee for Preferred New Members:

Available to our Physical Therapy patients (past & present), U.S. Veterans, current GoLocal card holders, current Annual ART bus pass holders, and employees of participating AFF Wellness Program Partners (including Mission Hospital, Asheville City & Buncombe County Schools, Firefighters & Police, Humane Alliance, and our next door neighbors-the residents of The Meadows Apartments. Ask how your group can participate!)

Short Term Passes

$15/person for day pass to use facility (gym, pool, & steamroom; courses not included).

$40 for 4-punch card to use facility.

To book Wellness services, give us a call at 828-225-3838 or stop by our Front Desk. Payment is required when you make a reservation.

Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy: Because of the difficulty of filling missed appointments, we require 24 hour’s notice for cancellations. You may be charged up to the full amount of service for missed appointments or for any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice.
