Our 21st Century lifestyles are tipped heavily in favor of work, stress, processed “convenience” foods, and staying indoors. These factors can combine to create a buildup of toxins in the body. Normally, the liver, skin, lungs, colon and kidneys function to eliminate waste from the body. But these days, we tend to absorb more than these systems can handle. In other words, your body already detoxifies itself – every day. It has everything it needs to cleanse itself and heal any issues that stem from toxic buildup. It just needs a little help from you.
