Small group training is the secret to your success.
There are two big problems with conventional gym memberships. One: new members don’t know what to do or how to do it, and end up drifting away (or getting hurt). Two: the classes have 20-40 participants competing for the instructor’s attention.
One of our founding principles at AFF is to give personalized attention to every member. That’s why we keep our classes small (5-10 participants), and spend time with each new member to determine the best classes for him/her.
Our Functional Group Exercise (FunGx) classes combine full-body strength & endurance training, core engagement, and cardiovascular bursts. We’ve got a version for everyone, from granny to athlete.
- FunGx1: Basic posture awareness & proper movement patterns, gentle pace. Great bridge from physical therapy.
- FunGx2: Increased resistance, emphasis on learning form & technique. Most popular class.
- FunGx3: Higher intensity, more challenging/complex exercises.
- FunGx4: Plyometrics, agility, strength, and whatever else you can handle. This is the class the trainers take!
